I am a researcher with interests in food science and technology, focusing on new product development from natural products and waste materials. My work explores innovative approaches to value addition, sustainability, and functional product development. I am also interested in product and process optimisation using research modelling tools to improve efficiency, quality, and industrial applicability. Through research, teaching, and collaboration, I aim to contribute to sustainable food systems and the advancement of food processing technologies.
