Dr. Ihionkhan Godwin a former Registrar, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistic from the University of Benin; Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling of the University of Lagos and a Doctorate degree of the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, also in Guidance and Counseling.
He joined the services of the Polytechnic in 1990 as an Administrative Officer and rose through the ranks as he served in various divisions of the Registry.
Dr. Ihionkhan has attended several management courses nationally and internationally.
He is married and blessed with children.
