Dr. Friday Patrick MOMOH is a Lecturer and Consultant of Polymer Sciences and Technology. He attended Government Secondary School Minna, Niger State, between 1983 and 1989 where he obtained the West African School Certificate in 1989. He later attended Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State between 1991 and 1996 where he obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Polymer Technology in 1996. He later proceeded to the Federal University of Technology, Akure where he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) and Master of Technology (M.TECH) in Industrial Chemistry in 2006 and 2011 respectively. He had is Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), in Polymer Science and Technology from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria in 2017. He had earlier worked as Production Supervisor and Quality Control Officer at KayNath Nigeria Limited and Eleganza Industries respectively between 1998 and 2000 after the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) mandatory assignment at Arewa Textiles Plc, Kakuri, Kaduna State, Nigeria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He is an active member and Fellow of the Polymer Institute of Nigeria – FPIN. He is COREN registered Engineering Personnel and a member of Academy of Entrepreneurial Studies \u2013 M.AES, Nigeria. He is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management \u2013 ACIPM. He has served nationally as Secretary General and Vice-President, Operations in the Polymer Institute of Nigeria, PIN. He is at current a principal team member of the Institutional Award Competition [IAC]; a collaboration of Raw Materials Research Development Council [RMRDC] and Polymer Institute of Nigeria [PIN] on research development and commercialization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He is a Flexible and Blended Learning Skill expert with several trainings with Commonwealth of Learning (COL), Canada. He is a Research and Technical Officer with Auchi Polytechnic TETFund Centre of Excellence and at a time, Project Manager to Auchi Polytechnic\/Commonwealth of Learning (COL), Canada on Skills in Demand. He is a Master Trainer with Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Nigeria. He has served also as Instructional and Project Facilitator to National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and has links with many companies, governmental and non-governmental agencies\/organizations connected with polymeric development in Nigeria and also a resource person to National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) in Nigeria. He is at current and actively involved in teaching, research & consultancy and community development projects (Special Marshal to Federal Road Safety Corp – FRSC; Educational Development with Early Breed International Schools as well as charity\/ministerial engagement with the Redeemed Christian Church of God – RCCG).
